Fair enough but you just cant forecast straight out like that. Similarly with smaller explorers who have alot of potential in ground,if you plonked a value on the resource they would be worth multiples more than what they trade for in the real world.
Berenice still needs yrs of development potentially, capital, execution risk etc. So while id love to nominally say its worth $1.39 developed the reality is it isnt yet. North block and arnot south as well as brakfontein are arguably more acceptablr given where we are at in the timeline.
A lowball 40s seems about right based on the typical marketplace. It might not be fair but as usual it will be touted as a 40-60% plus premium to our vwap price below 28c blah blah. I doubt a fair bidder would swoop in with an offer in the 50s but presumably if they did they might actually succeed in outright sealing the deal.
