    Anything has got to be better than the current status quo.
    Most of us would agree that no average s/holder would be selling at 13.5 cents/14.5 cents
    so there has got to be an agenda viz accumulation in anticipation of a takeover.
    NB Haven't heard of NGF-need to look them up !
