    I'll be voting AGAINST.

    Wonder if the chariman had anyhting to do with all this? Could possibly explain him abstaining from voting.

    Just hope in voting against we don't consequently suffer from a fractured board, interested only in squabbling and self interest, and not concentrating to further the fantastic potential of this company's products.
