I don't think Hanlong have any intention of taking over SDL.

They have a lot of skin in this proposal & they need it to get over the line.

No doubt they have been in the winds orchestrating the share price. The share price needed a push to get over the 'critical mass' required to ensure the deals are written so that dilution does not take a heavy toll on their initial investment.

There are many levels being played here. We only see what they want us to see.

It's all good.
