Hi, I don't have time to read the whole thread (ufnortunately), so if the theory has already come up, just let me know ;).
Honestly, the offer of 0,50$ is not realisitc, we've been beyond that already.
Isn't it therefore possible, that Hanlong simply made that offer to push the share price up / open the bidding war before it's too late?
After all they already hold about 19% of SDL and a rising share price is also beneficial for them.
So might this just be a (successful) try to boost the share price?
