Hello Guys,

What a perfect distraction! I do smell something very strange. With the outcome of joint venture coming soon, why would hanlong put something like a 20% premium to a world class project? This is beyond me unless there are still some issues unresolved with the JV for Hanlong to do this.

Hanlong stand making enemies with potential chinese JV partner by "jumping the queue" or stealing the cake on the nose of a potential partner.

This is very odd and should be treated as a "price suppressor". This does not make any sense at all. I believe Hanlong is not big enough to go head to head on a price bidding war with Sino Steel (which is our fav horse).
The market might have been factoring this and does this mean that JV is still not as concrete as we think ?
