For the record this is how I see it panning out.
The board will reccomend and back an offer of around 55 cents to give Hanglong control. No one will need your approval (average shareholders) They will offer to buy out all your shares at 55 censt (or around that price) at a given date or if you don't wish to you can hold your shares under the control of Hanglong for the duration. Sorry folks , this is the Chinese. IMO not many will hold , China gets it cheap, after all, the're not interested in the sp only what's in the ground.
