Hanlong, or more correctly companies associated with it will now try an keep the share price under their bid price over the next coming months as further bargaining power to have the directors convince ordinary shareholders that their offer is currently the best offer they have received and that the market does not see any other higher offer coming and as such a scheme of arrangement will be a done deal. Who knows what the total holdings entities assiciated with Hanlong have accumulated to day anyway and they will obviously support the offer leaving small shareholders fighting a lost battle.
