Hows this sound? Hanlong put in an offer of 50-Hanlong sell part of their parcel @ 50- traders out there see the shiny money and sell dropping the price allowing Hanlong to pick up more for less than they sold. Thereby accumulating even more leverage. Is there other companies scrambling to place another T/O bid? I expect a counter offer soon as this takeover offer was put to SDL on fri. Surely other companies would have been informed of this and have been busy on the weekend crunching numbers. Lets see if there is another offer before the end of the week(day). Maybe Posco? Hyundai need steel!!
