SDL is a strategic play, one of the biggest projects in Africa.

Our largest shareholder are being extremely opportunistic right before strategic partner is due to be announced. Time for the board to dig it's heels in, and not do a UMC on it's shareholders. There is massive long term value in this project.

Hanlong aren't friendly nor passive investors in SDL in my opinion. They've been planing this move for some time by the looks of things.
