    The catch is... a small chance that China could lodge an objection, forcing the FIRB to say No to this TO.

    I know it sounds funny, but It seems like China is dictating the terms our Gov how to sell or run the country here.
    Remember last time China told our Gov not to meet up with the Dalai Lama .. Haha
