With 450 million shares on issue that puts a market cap of nearly $100M at current prices.

Given that MCR only paid 68M for Goldfields which is a producing nickel miner with ample resources, this would seem to be a very expensive acquisition.

Moore has already said that unlikely to purchase listed assets, so i doubt it.

More than likely they would be more likely to swoop ona distressed seller to get the 30% cheap rather than pay over the odds in a takeover.
