takeover by mincor

Ok, Robo, PRHB, and other TTR followers:

This hasn't been discussed before, but with TTR's current market cap of less than $20Mil and Mincor's current interest of 10 Million TTR shares and a committed $5 million spend in on TTR's Rav 8 nickel mine, would it not seem logical for TTR to be on the radar for a takeover by the cashed up Mincor????

Mincor could probably close out the deal for a cash/shares equivalent of perhaps 20c per TTR share and therefore get the following for virtually nothing-

100% of Rav 8 mine and processing plant
100% of the Phillips River 1 Million Oz eq gold and base metals project and gain valuable exposure to diversification(Phillips River is at Kundip, right next door to Rav 8......)
50% of Burnakura JV worth approx $5 Million(will be sold next quarter)
Approx $5 million cash in the bank
