To be honest having Tan Sri Abdul Sahib Mohamed as a major shareholder is not bad. He is involved with Kinsteel & Maju group in Malaysia. What is not right is the way they try to take over this company with this ridiculous rights issue when they know the sp will not be supported. If they want the company then they should offer the rest of the shareholders a decent price.
