I know nothing, but I have to say that letting the company go into administration as an F-U to hannans is the most ridiculous proposition in the world.
Hannans is probably the largest debtor/ so i can't see how this would achieve anything.
I am putting my money on/ further into AVI, on the basis that this will be a blip in the radar. The best endeavours sub-underwriting will reduce the underwriters uptake, and a commercial agreement will be reached with Hannans before wasting further money on lawyers fees... i hope
