There appears to be a cluster of sells a point or two away from the price following it down. It may be nothing sinister but if there's a queue of large sell orders a point or two away it can be off putting. Don't forget, a capital raising soon.
Engin are primary distributor and exclusively manage mass retail distribution. Also brand management, product development, website ownership and a $2 million marketing fund from seven to promote tivo. Are you saying seven can change their minds and use unwired to distribute tivo?
Why didn't seven just buy on market instead of engin and take a 19.9% stake?
