Well duh, i obviously can't do that but if you've ever signed a contract for a distribution deal you'd know ( unless you have a desire to see early bankrupcy) that you ALWAYS put nice healthy penalties onto any get-out clauses on EITHER side.

So, if Seven do pull out....which they won't, ENG would get a lovely big fat cheque to make up for it.

Besides, with ENG providing the VOIP for Yahoo ( and Seven) and Seven having stated they want Engin's customer service side etc for Tivo, then Seven will not be walking away.
