I agree it's a reasonable chance that seven will make a move on eng in the near future now that they have tied up the unwired deal.

I think engin's stake in unwired was set up by seven so why would seven effectively allow engin to make $4 million profit if there was nothing in it for them further down the track.

Maybe the price is being suppressed so that seven can take a large chunk of a placement early next year effectively recouping the $4 million by getting in at a low price or more likely making a bid.
