I haven't posted on here for quite some time however find I must at this point, in my view there is no way that KNL management would support such a TO and as far as small investors go I know I certainly would be against it.
Also doubt that any of our take-offs partners would support a TO especially considering that AS has put a lot of effort and formed close personal relationships with all TO partners and in fact wouldn't be surprised if TK take a percentage of KNL just to protect their supply.
