Yes, I've been waiting for a turnaround for a year while the SP fell from above $1 to where it is today. Not holding my breath - but indeed, if it happens, sentiment on copper reverts to where it was pre-trade war, and there are no significantly diluting capital raisings or debt, $2 would be on the cards.
That's a few very important things that need to fall in place, but it's also almost 10x the current SP. If you think about it - this can take 10 years to get there and still be a very good return.
