Ausdrill says that the 100 million cap raising to pay down debt after takeover of brandrill last year...
It is possible that Ausdrill are looking to expand into the CSG drilling arena.. but I'm not convinced.
I would love to be proved wrong though. WDS and Ausdrill both great companies.
