Here is an idea for management: sell just the glyphosate business to Sinochem for $6/share. Leave behind the Nufarm seed and genetic products and significant capital.
Sinochem gets what it wants at half the price it would have paid earlier.
Nufarm sheds the cancer that is killing it in one fell swoop, and leaves behind a much smaller but also much more proprietary and interesting business, with very significant growth prospects.
We would be left with trading stock in that seed business, and the $6/share cash.
