Galvanise did the figures last night and I did a check through the holdings in announcements etc. At this stage they have the 3% creep factor in their favour so from reading the corporations act they do not have to go to a takeover. I am no expert though and could be wrong time will tell.
It does however show a great interest in MGX especially when they are willing to buy over 2 million shares at $2.81 in a day.Obviously they think it is worth more in the short term future so at the moment one would thonk it is trading below their fair value level.
Intersting times ahead and I believe a price north of $3 is only just around the corner.
