While I agree there will likely be more bids in the future, I don't think it'll be from a software vendor.
QOR is quite all-encompassing in its space right now, and I struggle to see how it could benefit another vendor in a similar space. (Possibly a company like Norton?)
I think a much more likely buyer is another PE like Insight Partners...
