    IMO this new cornerstone investor represents Chinese interests and
    are biding time until a takeover bid is made.

    At 51c GXY is value for money even if Mt Catlin were to be valued at 0.

    The FIRB's reaction to the current CR will be an indicator as to what its
    attitude would be towards a full blown takeover bid.
