Newsat said 90 days too, that's part of the motive to go to the T/O panel so it can't drag out that long.
If this DH was for real why wait till the last min? If they had a great offer why not get it on the table ASAP?
The answer to the rhetorical question is of course it's all smoke and mirrors designed to hurt NWT and suppress the SP.
