This stock should be trading at $8.50 on fundamentals at an absolute maximum after the horrible trading performance and not a terribly upbeat outlook or next 12 months or more.....paying a 50%+ premium in the current environment is silly....no-one else was lining up to buy NUF by the sounds of it.
All I am saying is Sinochem held all the cards and could have taken this out for $12 or perhaps even less.
However re-reading the announcement I doubt Sinochem will pay the $13 once they get through another 5 weeks of due diligence!!!
