takeover dead, page-2

I hope the takeover is dead but if COE were able to get to 50% then they have control & we'd lose our current management as they wouldn't hang around - they already have 20% but haven't reported any increase in the two/three days since we recd the paperwork - that's hopefully a good sign.
But I'm disappointed Directors could only come up with 13.5% of shareholders to say NO in writing.
