I can't see this company staying listed now it is controlled by 3 entities with over 50% of the shares, 2 of those are major O/S suppliers.
Shares not freely traded now and the new board are cleaning up the balance sheet with property sales etc ready for some corporate action.

Private equity could also use the strong brand names and clean balance sheet to consolidate the sector while it is in the dumps.
