i didn't see the afr article and the link probably only works for online subscribers. What was the gist of the argument? This sector is overdue for some consolidation by takeover, the high rating stocks (HUB, Netwealth) should be acquiring the fallen angels (PPS, XPL) using expensive scrip. It will also help liquidity which is generally woeful across all the sector.
