Funny how things change. Going from concern about whether phase III results will be positive or not, to now being concerned about takeovers at any price.
I’d like some thoughts on what would have to happen for us to be taken over especially in a ‘hostile’ situation
My understanding has always been a takeover needs to be approved by majority vote of shareholders. Is this how takeovers occur?
Does our share registry show good strength to keep undervalued takeover bids away?
Are there any weak links or vulnerabilities in our registry?
Interested in where we actually sit in regards to this
