IMO I think any indication of a takeover will be telegraphed by the share registry and buying pressure.
Currently - as most have stated - there is a large swag of Shares held by retail.
I would imagine that for any entity to have a chance of successfull takeover they would need to have around 20% of the registry to sway the vote...depending upon the offer, of course.
So - for me - any takeover talk will become relevant once I see some major shareholder notices....
