I don't know if anyone is keeping store, but to me this looks like strike five for the DJ's board.
The poor communication shown to shareholders is only exceeded by their inability to connect with customers.
It is clear why the share price has taken a hammering.
In the future if they get a proposal from a company they have never heard of, on the last trading day of the year, I would hope that they suspend the shares until all uncertainty is cleared up.
I am hoping that ASIC investigate all options / CFD trades in order to ensure that no one profited from this debacle.
This only makes it easier for Sol Lew to make his move.
