While Shell are touted as the most likely of predators for obvious reasons, it seems to me Osaka Gas are the ones that have most to lose from Crux sitting there doing nothing.
It would make sense to me if Osaka Gas cut a deal with Shell whereby they paid for a greater stake in Crux following Shell's takeover of NXS. Shell get control/operatorship and Osaka Gas part fund takeover and get nice and friendly with Shell....
