What if XNA WANT a few to withdraw their acceptances and try selling on market?
You have seen how weak the market has got, and weakness breeds on weakness. XNA will refrain from buying on market and let the price drop creating a rush of 31 Jan acceptances?
Everyone has their niche, mine is not takeovers, and I have no CGT worries on JBM, so good luck. I'd have thought BHP could have made a better offer, but since they have been into the dataroom, and it's only lunchmoney for them, I'd have thought if they were going to they'd have made their offer by now.
