I posted this before but it seems to have disapeared into the universe.
But I try again.
I understand your argument but have to say that even with the current weak markets, those who want to buy JBM will be looking at the medium to longer term credentials of the demand for Nickel.
Xstrata has certainly not failed to try to shake the market up by stating thatlately the shareprice have been under the $23 mark.
I have to say that for now Xstrata has been struggeling to get hold of those shares and the figures tell us till now that most holders do not part easily with their JBM shares.
So even now the door is still wide open for any wannaby counter bidder to be succesfull.
As long as they put their bid in.....lol
The next few weeks will be interesting.
