fas have 34% + of GWR and a number of GWR holders that will walk the line when the 50% is reached.
Re the Capital Raising, that will occur once control of the board is settled and then the 50.1% of GW shareholders sensibly take the FAS offer. It is apparent with GWR's shareprice in disarray, the Falak "administrative" error that GWR' management without the influence of the board members suggested to be off is fallible at best.
Perhaps you shold look to reassessing your financial position as until Fas gain control it is clear that GWR's shareprice will languish. IE join the movement or move off
