    I suspect no takeover extension, he cant move the needle from here. There is a blocking stake of 5% and I suspect Ruffy will let the Takeover expire. Once expired he only has to wait 6 months I believe (need to check this) and then he can make a new takeover offer or negotiate directly with the 5% holders to get him over the line and get it private.

    That's what I think but I have no idea!!!!!
