Todays announcement is interesting, in principle it suggests that Mr Loh has got his way, but I note in the announcement that the matter is still to be put to an independent expert to decide whether it is in the interests of all shareholders.
I have yet to fully digest the announcement and its implications however the question of how the cash balences are handled seems to me pivotal.
