takeover for novera - very similar uk company

    Did anyone else that follows VIR notice the private equity takeover offer for Novera Energy? Viridis's landfill assets in the UK are very strategic. A good outcome for the German wind sale would be a trigger for a substantial rerating and VIR may be then vulnerable to a takeover like Novera. VIR has disclosed final binding offers are expected in October 2009 - fingers crossed.
