I've been thinking the recent unexplained fall in the CRN share price, while SGX coking coal futures continue to rise inexorably, may be due to another looming takeover attempt or merger by an as yet unnamed and undisclosed suitor.
We've seen this manipulation of the price downwards countless times on the ASX prior to the surprise TO announcement........
