Takeover guide for a dummy

Can I ask ( I am the dummy ).....

AM i right in saying the higher the SP goes now....the higher BV will have to pay eventually for a T/O/

Let's say we go to 10c in the next however long and then BV mount a TO bid....they would have to pay 15c, 20c etc??

Or can they accumulate a large enough % that it becomes a "hostile" takeover and they give us whatever they want ??

How does it work ?
