If you go to the section of sunshine heart . I dont think the company would apply for such ammendements unless they do know that down the line a takeover will be made hence the security measures taken ahead of time .

if sunshine heart is subject of a takeover bid 1 year down the line IF published results of the trial updates are positive .

What do you think would be a reasonable price for a takover and why

My question is if its next year during the data update of the trials and not years down the line .
