I am no expect analyst but I have some common sense and have been ripped off enough on the streets like anyone to know what appears to be a hoax and this sure stinks. Didn't need to be a genius to figure this one out. I once had a guy tell me he would buy for me something but he needed the money upfront this guy was a semi acquaintance. Never saw him again. These chairman's should be smarter than that they are being paid millions where's the value if they just rort the system or worse still if they are more naive than a schoolboy.
