    As time goes on the offer looks more spurious... I am looking forward to the explanation for releasing the news the way they did and at the time they did.

    If DJS tanks on Monday, I suspect that the term class action may get thrown around.

    Can't claim that there was a failure to disclose...just a failure to do the most basic due diligence.....
