i remember something about the management gets bonus if they out perform their peers...so it does not matter if the stock falls 40% or they risk, in some opinions harming the long term value of brand with lack of staff, (not that they are of course) as long as their 'peers' drop more than 40%. so the dj share price bumping up relative to jbh etc cant hurt.
