takeover imminent

Yeah I know, I am sort of ramping with no information other than plain logic.Why hasn't someone with enough capital (I certainly don't)made a play for the loot (wal)? I mean here we have a company that owns shares {including ones on there way )worth approx $38 mill cash about $6 mill (a guess as wal's reporting is scarce and about as clear as mud) some mining tenements and half a farm in the outback somewhere totals up to assets maybe just short of $50 mill yet the current market cap is half that,surely there must be a blood sucker out there ready to takeover and dismantle for the cash.
