Firstly Gina will not takeover something that only has 100 million tons.
I think she has take a token position in CLR to test the waters and see how the market reacts to her interest.
If CLR prove up 400 million tons then it might be something different.
My guess is that Gina has entered into a contract to have first preference for WAL holding of CLR shares if CLR prove up a big enough resource.
WAL would benefit through other deals with Gina that might include other holdings by WAL. If WAL prove up the sufficient resource in other tenaments there could be a trade off position for CLR shares which give WAL an advantage with other projects.
