Just impatient holders that is all. If you check the shorts, it's basically zero.
No one is actively shorting this stock because they don't want to be caught with their pants down. So those that sold out - it just represents opportunity to accumulate now, and also traders just buying/selling which can cause those price swings.
As above - accumulation phase is starting i reckon.
