    Its a leverage play.

    the other card on offer was NKP at 9c, but there aint much for sale.
    wasnt prepared to accumulate large volume from sellers.

    It was possibly a grab on volume.

    30c NKP = 3.3 x (9c)
    20c NKPO = 5 x (4c)
